Sales Policy

1.   $100 deposit is required, (Venmo or PayPal), to place a reservation on a kid. After the kid is born you will be notified. You have 10 days to pay the remaining balance of the kid. If balance is not received in 10 days, your deposit is nonrefundable, and sale is cancelled. If kid is not born you will be notified with a substitute which you can decide if sub is suitable, or your deposit will be returned. For adult animals, a deposit of $200 must be placed to be considered sold. Remaining balance is due at pick up. 
 
2. Kids need to be picked up between 3-4 weeks of age. After 4 weeks a boarding fee will apply. Adult animals need to be picked up within 2 weeks of deposit being placed, or boarding fees will apply 
 
3. Kids are tattooed, disbudded, first shots of CD +T, Nasalgen are given before kids leave. Registration and transfer are included in the price. All buck kids price includes DNA. Kids are pulled at birth fed either powder colostrum or heat treated colostrum. They are transitioned to a lambar after colostrum. All animals are sold as healthy, and we don’t resume responsibility after animal has left our care. 

4. All CVI, transport, and air fares are at the buyer's expense.
 
5. We reserve the right to retain any animal or kid. We can also refuse a sale.
